Contemporary art has proposed and continues to propose a wide range of performance types. My interpretation of performance is that of my presence in the exhibition and among the public for the duration of the exhibition and not only in the vernissage. This often means that I have contact with people who have been very open to my work. When this happens, it is obvious that my works, through these people, tell other stories, that the constructions and installations I have established become an environment within which the real performance takes place: the direct contact of the artist with his audience, sharing emotions and feelings, experiences and hopes. A contact of souls... that is sometimes captured in the Livre d'Or. ... I am extremely pleased when my attempts reach their objective, which is none other than to give “dreams and hopes of a more humane world”, and to allow like souls to meet...
Many people have seen themselves in my work, they have told me their most intimate stories, they have returned with gifts for me... their gestures and the expressions on their faces are more valuable than words...
...they become threads which have entwined for unforgettable moments...
... beyond the exhibits.... the performance continues...
